is a Los Angeles-based writer, producer and director specializing in creative and scripted segments for unscripted television and digital platforms.

On the first season of The Voice, she helped build the show's digital presence, leading a team whose work eventually earned two Creative Arts Emmy nominations. After nine seasons with the show, she went on to create digital content for variety shows including Lip Sync Battle and other live television specials.

Kholostenko helped develop Making It, where she later wrote and produced the show's scripted comedy segments.

Kholostenko was selected for Universal Television Alternative Studios' Brain Trust, a creative initiative developing original unscripted programming. There, she developed 50+ series with production companies led by Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, and more.

After a brief stint in Stockholm, Kholostenko launched the Substack Empty Calories, exploring identity and shared fixations through the culture we consume. The newsletter became a bestseller in the Film & Television category.

In 2025, Kholostenko joined Dancing with the Stars as the show's Cold Opens + Special Segments Producer. As part of the DWTS team, she earned her first Primetime Emmy nomination.
