I’m Lisa Kholostenko.
I’m a writer and producer.
Where I shine is writing and producing scripted and comedy segments for variety and competition shows.
I’ve spent the last six years in The Brain Trust at Universal Alternative Television Studios, developing 45+ series with the studios of Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Kenan Thompson, and more.
I was part of the Emmy-nominated digital team at The Voice—twice recognized for Outstanding Interactive Program and Outstanding Social TV Experience. I also helped launch the social media program, led an eight-person production team, and produced over 1,000 digital shorts across its first nine seasons.
On Amy Poehler's Making It, I oversaw scripted interstitials, digital content and brand integrations. One of those shorts, starring Amy and Nick, was nominated for a Webby. Later, I helped develop the show’s spin-off Baking It, starring Maya Rudolph and Andy Samberg.
I've shaped projects for NBC, HBOMax and the BBC and created social experiences for Paramount+ and FOX.
I founded The Seventeenth Creative, a digital content studio producing for brands, before returning to my first love: television.
